Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (822 m) Scenic 6–8 hour drive to Pokhara.

Day 3: Drive to Nayapul (1,070 m) and Trek to Ulleri (2,050 m)

Day 4: Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,874 m)

Day 5: Hike to Poon Hill (3,210 m) for Sunrise and Trek to Tadapani (2,630 m)

Day 6: Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk (1,940 m)

Day 7: Trek to Nayapul and Drive to Pokhara

Day 8: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu

Day 9: Free Day in Kathmandu

- Your entrance time may be 30 minutes before or after the one you request. For example, if you select 2:00 PM, your entrance time might be 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, or 2:30 PM
- Last entry into the museum is one hour before closing and you will be asked to vacate the museum 30 minutes before closure
- The museum opening hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM to 9:45 PM; Tuesday: Closed
- You will need to wait in the security line
- You will receive your Louvre tickets via email
- Some rooms have been temporarily closed
- The Salle des États (where the Mona Lisa is displayed) will be entered and exited through separate doors
- The loan of strollers or wheelchairs will remain possible
- Visitors with free entry (‘Pass Education’ holders, under 18s, and EU residents under 25, all with valid ID) need to book a time slot online on the Louvre website in order to be able to enter with you
