- Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
- Day 02: Trekking preparation.
- Day 03: Kathmandu to Besisahar by bus about 6/7 hrs. Overnight at lodge.
- Day 04: Besisahar to Koto by jeep.
- Day 05: Koto to Dharmasthala. 3200m.
- Day 06: Dharmashala to Meta. 3600m.
- Day 07: Meta to Kyang 3800m.
- Day 08: Kyang to Phu O/N stay to visit Phu Village and Monastrey.4000m.
- Day 09: Phu to Mahendra Bridge or Return back to Junam.
- Day 10: Junam to Nar Village. 4200m.
- Day 11: Nar Village to Over Kang-la Pass. 5300m, camp at Ngawal.
- Day 12: Ngawal to Manang, 3500m.
- Day 13: Manang (Rest).
- Day 14: Manang to Khangsar (3700m).
- Day 15: Khangsar - Tilicho Base Camp (4400m / 6 to 8 hrs).
- Day 16: Hike to Tilicho lake (4920m), enjoy on it’s beauty and back to Sri Kharka.
- Day 17: Sri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4050m).
- Day 18: Yak Kharka to Thorong la base camp (4450m).
- Day 19: Thorong La Pass (5416m) - Muktinath (3800m / 8 hrs).
- Day 20: April: Day 27: Muktinath - Jomsom (2710m / 4 hrs).
- Day 21: Fly or drive back to Pokhara from Jomsom.
- Day 22: Back to Kathmandu.
